Expowatches’s much care in sending our articles so that the recipient will arrive neatly packaged and packed, thus ensuring complete protection. It is therefore no claims will be accepted for items received damaged on the outside, with markings or the like, unless sending this external manipulation prior to delivery. Also, the amount of the item purchased is guaranteed against loss or theft during transport, which guarantee the correct delivery of all orders.

We ship worldwide: Spain (including the Balearic Islands, Ceuta and Melilla), Europe and International. Then we proceed to specify all our ways of shipments and prices.


National Shipments (Spain):


• Orders are made through SEUR Agency or by Post Express Mail shipments certificate for Peninsula and the Balearic Islands. Which are intended for the Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla will be made by Post Express Mail.

• The delivery times indicated in the file for each product, are counted as working days.

• All shipments to Spain and Portugal are free.


Shipments to Europe:


• The approximate delivery time for shipments to Europe is 3 - 9 days.

• Orders will stipulated cost for each country and will be carried by Express Mail Certificate insured by the amount of the ítem.

• Shipments to Portugal is governed by the conditions specified in paragraph (Domestic Shipments).


International Shipping (Rest of world) 

• The approximate delivery time for international shipments (Rest of world) depends on the destination country where the shipment is directed, and the time is 3-15 days.

• Orders have a  cost between 30 and 75 € depending on destination. They are made ​​by  International Certified Mail or insured by the amount of the item .

• Return Information: In expowatches.com it offers the ability to return products within the first 14 days, whatever the reason, (as stated in Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007, of 16 November) the date of receipt of the goods by the customer. This requires taking into account the following points of our return policy: 

• The returned item must be in perfect condition as it was sent, with all its seals, original packaging, manuals and warranties. You must attach a note inside, indicating whether you want a refund or exchange for another item.All items will be inspected upon receipt. We can not accept products that do not meet these characteristics.

• In case of return of the article, they will be deducted € 12 for costs of shipping and handling, the amount paid. The refund will be made upon receipt of the item in our facilities, after verification by our staff, state of the product within 72 hours from receipt thereof.

• You will proceed to refund the amount in the above conditions in the same mode as the payment was made, unless this was done in COD mode, in which case it is made by bank transfer (for which you must provide in a note, your account number and cardholder name).

• The replacement of the item for another entail payment of the shipping again (the cost of this shipment may vary from 8-12 € depending on destination).
